COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
The current Covid-19 situation is causing delays to sourcing and shipping some orders. This affects standard shipping and express shipping. As always, our team will do our best to get you your items as quick as we possibly can, thanks for being patient with us.
 
DANGEROUS GOODS
Items considered as ‘Dangerous Goods’ will consist of lubricants, oils, some cleaning agents and aerosols.
All orders can still be tracked using the shipping information which is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of DG items as all necessary paperwork does not cover return freight. If you would like any further information, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly customer service team.
Unfortunately, the dangerous goods legislation prevents us from shipping DG products internationally.
 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once checkout is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can check updates on its progress. If you’ve ordered multiple products, you may receive a tracking number for more than one parcel.
 
CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP FROM YOU?
Yes, we offer free in-store pick up to all orders.
 
WILL ALL THE PARTS IN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?
Most orders will be combined into one delivery. However, in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries. We will provide a tracking number for each order.
 
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? 
It is possible to change or cancel your order, however we will need to be notified asap, as we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of payment (during business days). Please get in touch with us as soon as possible with any necessary modifications or cancellations.
 
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 
At this stage Podium Motorcycle Developments only ships to Australian postal addresses.
 
THINGS TO CONSIDER:
  • Some orders may be split due to the size or contents (eg. dangerous goods). Please check your emails for all tracking information before lodging a dispute enquiry.
  • Your parcels may be taken back to your local Post Office if not able to be left safely at the premises upon delivery. Please ensure you do check this by calling your local office before lodging a dispute enquiry.
  • Podium Motorcycle Developments will not accept accountability for ANY lost, damaged, stolen or pet destroyed orders.
  • If you need to redirect your parcel once the item has been sent, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that redirections cannot be guaranteed. 
  • All delivery times are an estimate only and is subject to the availability of stock from our supplies and wholesalers.
